Cool Is this a good idea

I have only one ip that i can change at will with dsl modem.

I was thinking of having 2 compters

computer 1.use only with ebay, change ip when logging into another account.do not use an email program on this one.
respond to buyers only when i log into ebay account and go through ebay.

computer 2.use only for email and not for ebay.
i will never be signed in to ebay at the same time as opening any emails
just incase emails have cookies ,tokens etc.

Is this a good idea??the ip may be the same for emails and for ebay
do you think this would help.

Thanks much
all beest

I dont get why you cant just use one computer?

Why are you using a second computer for an email account?

I don't see the benefit of switching between computers like that. If they're going to share the same IP, you might as well just use one computer.

Yes i am using a second computer just for emails

why?
because

in the Thread Cookies in emails / Web beacons / TOKENS / index.dat files? WHAT ELSE?
some say that when email are opened cookies and web beacons are released and if you have a browser opened at the same time and are logged in you could be connected or linked ,and if you have multiple accounts you are toast.

Apskin ,you are probably right ,but if the web beacon theory is correct wouldn't this setup iliminate that problem?

You can eliminate the problem by using gmail. No images.

It's something different. Other programs haven't worked so I'm trying these. Depending how well they perform will determine how long they're on the forums. If you don't like them, you don't have to click on them.
