 Paypal limited
I have an old paypal account with near enough £400 in it, it's limited and being honest its a goner, I just want the money out of it. I contacted someone at paypal through email and the reply I got was I need to upload proof of identity/address and they would considering releasing the funds.
It's a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address I don't have the slightest clue how I would go about this? I contacted someone on that website "fiverr" and it was like speaking to a brick wall. I don't have a scanner either.
