Is it safe to assume that this was not your first warning? Maybe you had 3-4 warnings before this?

I got 1 warning and the second time they limited my account for 30 days.
It is unfair :(
The reason is I sold a medicine which is prohibited in UK and USA.

No, you must be careful what you sell in different countries.

Be careful in the future. Your account could be suspended permanently.

If it happened, they may decide to remove selling privileges indefinitely during that period. So, you should wait and hold breath. And create more accounts, of course.

dont limit yourself to selling from one account, buy the stealth guide if you havent already, follow the steps and open yourself a few stealth

No there are not.

ebay is warning you to be careful of your selling methods.

Work out what the issues are. Stop selling that way.

Account could be suspended forever otherwise.

Written permission, brand ownership approval and much more come into play

1. Wait it out.
2. Don't resell the same sh-tuff that got you restricted.
3. Make backup stealth accounts.

Lot's of sellers sell Retinol and don't get banned for some reason.
