Paypal with diffrent name of Et.sy user

Hey there.
New on this platform, trying my luck.

Small question,
If my name is Garry Clarson, and i provide et.sy all my REAL INFO.
BUT!! my original paypal is suspended about 3 years ago already,
Can i just add any of my stealth Paypal account used on my Stealth eBay, in purpose of reciving funds from Et.sy once sold?

add a new email A to your paypal, and use this email A as your etsy payment receivement account, but do not pay your bill with this email, try to pay billing via credit card.

Are you saying that a banned Paypal account can be used for accepting buyer payments?

No, If your old paypal account got banned you must use a new paypal account.
One of your paypal stealth accounts.

Don't every pay your fees with paypal always use a new card, Entropay works good for paying fees.

Why don't pay with Paypal? Is that just to avoid linkage? What's if it's a stealth Paypal?
