Paypal says money can now be withdrawn but won't let me add bank account

6 months ago paypal limited my account and wouldn't let me withdraw. This isn't my first rodeo so I knew to just wait out the 180 days. So two days ago I get the email saying I can withdraw funds. I go to do so and my bank account is no longer on there and it will not let me add a new account. It says right in the original email that the funds are eligible for withdraw.

Has anyone else had this problem? Not sure what to do at this point.

Had this a while ago, I just phoned them and described the problem, they manually added the bank account, had to then confirm it with the pp deposit, which I had to phone them back about as it wouldn't let me put that in, once that was done I was able to withdraw the money

You will have to likely call to manual add a bank account

update: I called and added the bank account and was able to withdraw the funds! Thanks for the advice or I would probably still be trying to manually add it every day.
