Soltion for withdrawing from pp limited over 180 days passed?

Ok i have a couple of limited pp accounts over 180 days and they allow me to withdraw to a bank or receive check but they are stealth so i cant use any of those options and they wont allow me to transfer the funds to a friends account, so anyone can suggest a solution here??? Account are from the US so need a real US bank account for the withdrawal

Try to add and withdraw using a bank that allows mismatched names. When my one stealth was permanently limited, I was able to withdraw using my personal bank account (PNC) even though all the info was completely different.

The problem is not the name mismatch as pp allows me actually to withdraw to different name on that account just that i dont have access to US bank account to make the withdraw
