Paypal Limitation Scheduled for Reviewing Tomorrow - NO ANSWER!
Hi guys.
I have had my PayPal account limited last month. I have been appealing their decision and threatening them with courts for the past month - UNTIL the executive office e-mailed me. This is their e-mail: HTML Code: Dear xxxx xxxx,
My name is Jayne and I work in PayPal's Office of Executive Escalations. Your concerns were recently forwarded to our office so that we may further assist you.
I regret any frustration caused by your inability to immediately access the remaining funds in your PayPal account, after a permanent limitation was placed. PayPal carefully considered our decision to discontinue our business relationship with your account. The following risk factor was identified:
- You accepted payment for items prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy. Specifically you are selling access to online streaming accounts that have been reported as stolen.
Due to the potential risk of chargebacks and other forms of reversals, your remaining balance will be held for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the limitation. Should we deem your account still poses a significant risk after 30 days, this timeframe may be extended incrementally, to a maximum of 180 days. I will personally review your account after 30 days have passed and will reach out to you directly with an update to our decision at that time.
I appreciate your understanding and compliance with the decision we have made. Should you wish to discuss this or any other PayPal matter further, please feel free to give me a call. My direct contact number is 402-935-2165, and I am generally in the office between 3:30pm to 12:00am Central Time, Friday through Tuesday. Alternatively, you can contact myself or a member of my team via email, at executiveoffice@paypal.com.
Very sincerely yours,
Jayne Dawson
Executive Escalations
PayPal, Inc. Since she approved to PERSONALLY review it (not letting it in the system's hand) I said, eh what the hell.
I have had no charge backs and I thought 1 month after they WILL agree at least of having HALF of my funds released.
She states in the e-mail she is available from Friday to Tuesday.
I have been calling her 5 days straight during the hours she specified she was available and I only get the voice mail saying that she is unavailable. Can you believe it?
Is this another of PayPal games? How can I contact this woman! I have sent an e-mail to the executiveoffice@paypal.com 3 days ago and still no response.
Any ideas guys?
