 4 violations in one week..help
I hadn't had any violations in 3 years and all of a sudden I got 2 duplicate listing violations, a third party violation (had bonanza and auctiva logos in listings that wasn't aware of as I use both sites and they inserted their logos), and a vero. How many before I am suspended....again. Since they took off the policy violatins on the dashboard a while back I have no clue where I stand now. Someone must be monitoring my site daily as this is too coincidental for so many in such a short period. How do they suspend nowadays? Do they give you a 7 day first, then 30 day or what. I have been ebaying for 20 years and have been suspended 7 times and have had this stealth account for 8 years now and thought I knew it all but definately do not. I know ebay weights different violations differently. Not sure if they are all 1 year durations or if minor ones like duplicates fall off in 3 months or 6 months. Flying blind here. Anyone know how it works behind the scenes on how many violations before suspensions. Thank you.
