Paypal 21 day holding after 1 small dispute
I have a business paypal account, established for well over 2 years now.
I have an ecommerce store where we accept CC & Paypal.
I have had over 20k a month coming and just as much going out.
I have had my first dispute ever, of a small $29.99. The person disputing has not responded once to my emails. But that's besides the point, Paypal now holds every single payment for 21 days.
I'm quite certain I will lose the dispute as the package was shipped to another country and tracking stops tracking once it leaves the US.
What would be the best way to handle this, refund & close and try contacting paypal to life limits?
Or try to fight it, and take the chance?
