question about linking bank account

I tried to add my bank accout to my paypal account for withdraw money.
This bank account has never been used on paypal account.

My question is that does paypal or ebay can track or link account if I log in this bank account with my real ip address and stealth ip address?
(just for bank account log in on bank homepage with two different ip)

They are not able to check anything outside of the PayPal site.

1234-digits is correct - pp doesnt track the bank login site

You could ask the bank if they check the name while processing the deposit.
This could be the only problem. (Just say something like, you dont like your real name on the web).
