Amazon refund customer policy

Hello, I wanted to know if Amazon can take money from my bank account to refund a customer for order not recieved ? My account is suspended and i've already got my final disbursment (after the 90 days). Has anyone ever had this case before ?

They will try and charge the credit card first and then try and debit your bank account. So if no funds in either they cannot take the money.
