Default anyone any sucsess with dealing with amazon suspensions

are there any amazon experts out there that can give me some sort of template to follow to win an appeal???

right now amaazon uk are killing of uk seller accounts on mass as soon as your defect rate goes above 1 percent

when in the past you got a time window of about 2-4 weeks to correct it

Hi there,

Yes i did it. You have to do FBA instead, and convince them that amazon must be in charge, not you. Look into precisely why your account went down, tell sorry and explain your mistakes to them , like they already been telling you.
Basically copy paste and use your own words.

Or do a new stealth amazon.

There's no such thing as a "template to win", you need to figure out what went wrong and figure out if it's possible to win, if you can't win then start over and learn from your mistakes.

Keep excellent communication with your buyers by sending copy/paste email templates. Include special notes in the packages delivered. Give them a clear opportunity to be able to reach you if there are any issues, that way you can correct them before they complain/reflects on amazon. You could include a google voice # with your orders that say if there are any problems or questions, text message us at: etc.

Keep them happy and you can avoid most suspensions
