 My Country cant receive Paypal payments. Help!
Hi, my paypal account is active however the country I am in (Anguilla) cannot receive any type of payments but we can send money. I created a U.S account but its constantly being flagged because of where I am. I am not a U.S citizen so no phone number, no bank account, no nothing to fully verify the account. What can I do. I need options here ...Least expensive way please. Also I hate this 90(21) day hold.
