Funds held, limited and totally confused!
Hi guys,
Something really weird has happened to me and I beg someone can help me.
I have sent three different payments to a seler, $4000 in total from october until this week.
These, plus others for approx U$S 10 have been held (due to unauthorized use of the account, etc). Note: I genuinely paid for those items. I have been asked for docs but PP still decided to limit the account in the end.
Now PP is asking the seller to either refund, provide tracking, etc. He is my permanent supplier and I want HIM to have the funds, which are currently held. There is no tracking number as I collect the merchandising myself.
The question is, based on your experience, is PayPal going to refund me in the end, is the seller going to have his money back on his account, or is PayPal going to keep the money permanently?
Please help me - I am extremely worried.
