Today I got a performance notification regarding a product I sell, they have removed my ability to sell this product as I have a 5% defect/customer complaint on this item.
100 sold, 5 returned. Reason for returns, arrived to late. All my goods are sold FBA. Amazon punishing me for for inability to service there customers.
And off course I have appealed.

Hi there, if its under FBA, arriving late is not your problem.
You can just file to Amazon to remove the negative feedback, late delivery for FBA case, Amazon will take care of it, and NOT you!

There is no negative feedback or customer emails. This notice was issued cos people returned product as it arrived late.
