Amazon account review - what would you say...?
Was reading in the Amazon forum on the US site the plight of one particular seller whose account was in that unenviable mode of having the listings suspended, but then having to give a plan of action why he should be reinstated.
This fellow said that they kept on him that some of his buyers had not gotten their orders. And he wrote back once, giving them a plan, but they kept asking him for a plan to address sellers who had not gotten their orders.
...which made me wonder...
What is it that they want to hear? Seems that they don't want you in any way to do anything else than say you are sorry for whatever happened...but in specific, what are the MAJOR items you need to cover when outlining a plan for Seller Performance to get them to let you back on to selling.
What would you say in your plan?
