Default How do they link?
I know I probably should know this but can anybody quickly explain how paypal links accounts. I'm guessing name, address, cc, bank account # are the obvious ones. Do they link by IP also?

IP is one factor - so the more link-hits involved, the more IP will play.

Mainly they link the ip and mac id as i know

It's not mainly IP and they don't track our mac id...
