Default amazon reviews

How long do these reviews take? Had the message for it a month ago because its a new account I assume.

Accounts in legit details, sold 1300 items in the last 30 days with 1 A-Z,50 feedback on 4.8 stars. Shall I ring them up or do I just have to wait?
The 14 day rolling reserve is annoying me and want to use FBA also but not while accounts under review

Now old and experienced Dan.

How old is the account exactly?

How many feedback have you received in the last 30 days, not overall. Amazon expect around 10% feedback against sales, especially on new accounts and during Q4

For the feedback Dan got less than 5% of his sales. Everything is in the OP

haha not this again, didn't say I was experienced at Amazon, just enough to know stealing money is against the law lol.

And 2 months old, only sold around 30 items in the first month though, probably will go up to around 10%, lots of the sales are recent.
Seems bizarre they want 10% of buyers to leave feedback, want me to spam their message box for feedback basically?

Dan, just run a report of your sales into excel, this report is within reports on amazon. This will have all your customers e mail addresses. Copy and paste and send a bulk mail to all them, don't worry about the customers who have left feedback already. Send them all a polite email requesting feedback saying you are a new company and this will help your development with amazon.

Don't worry about getting feedback on an FBA account it does not matter. Just make sure you don't get negatives.

Amazon reviews/verifications seem to be very random.

I have had information verified in just over 24 hours on some accounts, and I have had an account that took over 5 months. Funny that it was the account with £ stuck in it that took 5 months, and all the others took days or weeks.

Unless an account is suspended, I would not recommend asking buyers for feedback. Feedback on Amazon isn't like eBay, and barely anyone leaves you feedback, although they're fast to leave you negatives. Luckily Amazon are pretty good at removing them (it's automated now), or the buyers do, if you contact them.

Some accounts have the option to see the buyers phone number, which having called or sms'd a buyer, have never failed to get the feedback removed (done it about 10 times now).
