PP Limited. Strange transactions reversal.
One of my PP acc got limited few days ago. It was used for payments in my web store. The account was 2 years old with over 30 high amount transactions. I never had any dispute or claim. Never, ever. For every transaction i have provided the tracking number when the payment was received.
My account got permanently limited with over 1k€ in it.
Yesterday, i received emails from PP stating that two of the last transactions were reversed to the buyers in order to protect my account security. Bulls*its!!
Then i log on in my account and i saw that PP marked the transactions as unauthorized and reversed the payments. They were made 1 and 1/2 month ago. Both have tracking numbers, but the delivery company saves the tracking information only for one month. Now it is not showing anything.
I am sure that this is PP reversal and it is not initiated by the buyers.
I've called them(PP) and the Rep told me that will escalate thia case to relevant department to review those reversals and to eventually cancel them. The waiting time is up to 72 hrs.
Actually, I don't believe that they will do anything about it.
How can i protect my self in this situation ? What can i do now ?
