Should I abandon this new account?

I was trying to open an stealth account by a prepaid credit card few weeks ago.
After I entered the prepaid credit card info to amazon, amazon knew it was a prepaid card and displayed that "prepaid card is not allowed".
After a few weeks,I obtained a new credit card from my bank and thinking of use this card to the stealth account.
However, amazon said i need to have a copy of credit card statement ready when I enter the new credit card. I think it is because i used a prepaid card earlier so now they want to see a statement for the new card.
The problem is that this is a new card so there is no bank statement.
What do I do? Should I just start a new account by another new ip and phone?

If it is the same message I'm thinking about, then what amz means is that you will need the statement to copy the details into the form.
