Paypal Requesting SSN for Stealth Account?

Hello,

My stealth account was recently limited on Paypal, and I was confident that I would get it un-limited since I've had success in the past. I submitted all the documents paypal wanted, such as invoices, and then I called them.

The problem is, the lady I spoke to reviewed everything and then asked for my SSN. At that point, I pretended the call disconnected and then hung up. How can I bypass this? I'm afraid if I call up Paypal again they will just keep asking for the SSN. So far on my Resolution Center, there is nothing asking for SSN, but I think there might be in the future at some point.

Also btw, the limitation was because Paypal wanted to verify my sales, so they asked for proof of id, proof of address, business information, and invoices. I submitted this all, yet I was surprised when the person on the phone asked me for SSN.
