Trying to link Bancorp Paypal Prepaid Bank won't let me Glitch or what?

What gives? I am tryign to add the bank it says We can not add the bank at this time...

Most bankcorp will not work with paypal unless you call in and have it manually added and nearly all will not allow mismatched name deposits...and they few that do will only be tolerated a short time before they freeze your funds.
