Default PayPal Stole My Money

I have money inside my paypal and it is limited because some dumb buyer reported me. He didn't dispute or left a negative feedback yet he reports me.

I can't send. I can't receive. I can only withdraw to bank but my bank is a VBA. It is not real, how can I withdraw the money that is stuck in my paypal?

That is such a senstationalist title.

Nowhere in the post do you show the funds are held. Has that been said by paypal?

For once, explain why you will not attach a bank account to a paypal?

One important rule with PayPal, only keep what you can afford to lose in your PayPal. If you leave funds there, you need to make sure you have a method to get your funds out of PayPal. Whatever you did to get reported I'm sure doesn't help the situtation.

The title is so very misleading...
Do your research on the forums and youll find out how to resolve this issue.
And like GreenBean said - avoid the sensationalist titles in the future.

I can afford to lose it but I want to know if there is still hope to get it out. If not, then lesson learned

You either get the account unlimited by giving what theyre asking for
OR
You wait the 180 days then add a bank account you own and get your funds out.

I don't think the title is misleading at all. I can't get my money out and its stuck in whose account? My account that paypal wont let me have control of. If i cant control my money then that's paypal money

No its not actually. Paypal did not 'steal' a dime. They operated within the term of service that YOU agreed for when you signed up for the account under a stealth identity.
If you did (and do) things properly then it is still under your control.
If you did NOT do things properly then you have only yourself to blame for that friend...

That's the thing. They aren't asking for anything. My account isnt even showing that it is limited. Dont ask for docs or ssn. But there is a limit on my acc of what i cant do. Basically everything except withdrawing

Have you considered calling them? Doesnt sound like you have anything to lose.
Although from my experience if the situation you described is the case it means theres no way to appeal this limitation which means the second option I mentioned applies - wait 180 days then attach your own bank account to get the funds out.

You still have control of it - you're just limited.

Here is OUR problem.

OP is using a US flag saying he is in the USA.

He is in China. He ignores questions and takes only what suits him. For his own reasons, he declines to give info that we could use to help him.

So we have the repeated problem of giving advice that should work for someone actually based State side.

There are others in this very thread, in the same situation. US flag showing but they are not USA based.
We all run around in circles.

Chinese food is different than American food. In China many people cook rice, eat many vegetables, and eat less meat. Many snacks are cooked by steaming. It is better for health, so my favorite food is Chinese food. I like to eat fruit. San Francisco has more fruit than my native country. I like to eat bananas more than apples.

Yeah. I love fruits. In America, there is so much Chickens that I can't find any quality vegetables and fruits which is why I am gaining a lot of weight.

I've been going to the gym because I want to stay healthy like people in China. Want skin like theirs.

Hah!!! That was gold!

People in China can barely breathe with all the smog, and skin problems are abundant for the same reason. You should just buy a rice steamer and start a nice garden!
