Does PayPal withdraw funds after you're limited?

Stupid PayPal has put me about $800 in the red because of buyers whose complaints I tried to resolve -- but it didn't work out. I have a feeling the complaints will be decided in favor of the buyers. I got a bad batch of goods and was naive about piracy. :(

Question: After I'm limited, will PayPal still try to deduct these funds from my linked checking account? Or is that not allowed?

Have already changed one credit card and am blocking PayPal from another. Will close my checking account if necessary and open another.

I dont know if they would but i wouldnt chance it. I would close and reopen a bank account just in case.

They cannot withdraw money from your bank account without your permission first.

I've heard paypal will reverse any deposits they put into your bank account, falsely claiming fraud. eCheck deposits can only be reversed for up to 2 months later per NACHA rules.
