I just buy eBay Stealth ebook,

1) I have a question related user account.. If i buy VPN does i need to make user account in windows ?

2) if i buy VPN what package should i buy ( shared, unlimited, dedicated, fresh) ?

3) if i buy VPN then ofcourse i buy USA ip address but the confusion is when we have to choose a name they said need ID and SSN. The confusion is because i am outsider but my VPN is USA should i need ID and SSN Verified ?

4) my name is faizan feroz. what i choose name ? feroz faizan ? faizzy feroz ? faiz feroz ? like this when to select name?

5) what if i dont have bank first of all paypal is not in pakistan so, my bank cant attach to local bank. i use same nick name in ebay and paypal ? what about when i using VBA and cards ? to verified paypal ? does i use same nick name as ebay and paypal to get VBA and Prepaid Cards ?

6) when i signed up in gmail account does i use same nick name ?

7) if i am using vpn my ip address is ofcourse USA i dont know what they give me city but country is USA. what i use address for example: my vpn is located in Los Angles then we need to buy home address under 100 miles ?

8) basically i am using for drop shipping if i use any address if the buyer dont like and they send to ( different address) what should i do ? because the address is not real or i cant access the home address what should i do ?

9) if am using vpn which is USA so, i need USA virtual address right ?

Don't take this in a wrong way, but...
I suggest you read the guide another time, and then perhaps one more time.

Your questions are basically a full content of a stealth guide and seems like you have difficulties understanding the theory. If you can't understand how something works and what are the "rules" you need to follow, then I can't imagine your stealth operation being too successful, in the long run.

Give it another read, UNDERSTAND why certain things are done and then come back with some questions.

Again, not trying to be a dick, just I have a feeling you have serious problem understanding what you are reading.

Bro this question does not have answer in it.. This question is based on different thing because your country have ebay and paypal but i dont have so, i need to clarify so, i can make account..

You cant sign up to PP without an american bank account so questions 1-3 are irrelevant and question 4 is you asking what name you should chose?!
