I just went to transfer 200 to my bank account when my total paypal balance is $300 and it got this message

You've exceeded your withdrawal limit. Please increase the limit and try again.

The account is fully verified and says no withdrawal limits.

so confirm your bank account and credit card. Just because they are on file does not mean they are confirmed.

This account is 1.5 years old they were confirmed ages ago.

Guess Ill put another card on there, the bank account is pretty new as I replaced the old one.
