Do i need to change my ip?

Recently my PayPal got permanently limited for selling something "dodgy" and my eBay still works fine, I live with my parents and their paypal accounts are working fine, i was going to borrow my brothers bank card and open a paypal in his name but with same ip and address like my parents, will it get limited? Because it shouldn't because technically its a different person.

Risk of all accounts getting chopped.

Make your own account and do not risk damaging your family.

If your parents ever try to sell, their accounts would most likely be limited immediately.

I really would not start getting more family member involved.

Just use a bank account of your own and follow stealth methods.

@crazytaco, using other family member's info or accounts and attaching them is NOT good stealth.
