Adding an existing Paypal Account to EBAY ACCOUNT UNDER DIFFERENT USER NAME

Hello

Has anyone added an existing Paypal Account to a totally different existing ebay account (in another persons name) and had no problem? Ebay account in my dads name - he has a ebayshop, currently he is using his own personal paypal account. I am taking over and wanted to add my own paypal account in my name - I want to upgrade my paypal to business account for tax reasons and thought best to upgrade my own paypal account which I use occassionally selling my own items on ebay and tag it to my dads existing ebay shop as I am going to be taking over running it and better for accountant. Risky? I also want to change address on ebay shop to mine? will this raise suspicions? How else can I safely do this so accountant can do my accounts in my name?

No this will eventually end in tears. Once the PayPal has been burnt it is an issue. What CAN work is by setting up a new business PayPal under a new business name and changing the business name on the current eBay.... nominee directors can work well especially when setting up a new company.

Thanks - So if I just upgrade my Dads Paypal to Business I can tag the new business bank account and amend the name on the paypal nominee to me? Would that work? otherwise I am worried the accountant might say I cannot use my dads account for the income yet declare it in my name?
