I am still on my 10 month old account still running good with no problems. Paypal still didn't ask for my Father-in-Law Social Security # yet. LOL The only thing I had to do so far is confirm bank, Credit Card, and Phone. Those are the only three.

The one time I wanted to switch to Paypal Discounted Merchant Rate is when they asked you to provide a SS#. So I didn't go for it.

I have been asked for a SS# before as well as other things. I've completed every other thing except the SS#, so how do you go around that part??
