Default Sending Paypal funds "to family or friends" regularly

I have an old account, that has a bank account to it and it is the main account, that I am withdrawing my funds to.

I have now created a stealth ebay/paypal now and I wonder - can I transfer the money from the stealth account to my old paypal account via the "family or friends" method?

"PayPal friends and family limit"

It will be about $1000-1500 every month. Will this lead to any suspension? They will be the same accounts on every payment and keeping in mind it is every month - it does sound like a real "family" sending.

Do you think I will have any problems with this?

Yes you will have problems. They will either link your two accounts and limit them both (most likely) or they will limit your second account for trying to avoid fees. Sending between your accounts isn't an effective long-term cashout method.

Do you want Paypal to hold your money for 6mo? Because that's what's going to happen.

Why does Paypal limit both accounts? Is it just like normal family sending monthly so what are the problems here? Can anyone please answer me.

Because Paypal isn't stupid. A manual review is all it takes for them to determine the two accounts are infact owned by the same person.

It also is circumventing fees. Fees that keep paypal profitable and viable.

If the same accounts always send funds to one or two accounts and then funds are withdrawn, it is NOT like normal friends and family. Normal friends and family mom sends $50.00 to a son or daughter at college. Son pays back a friend a small debt. etc.. not all funds being funneled to the same account and being withdrawn to a bank.

Another major issue is that is gets around the 1099k issue and can be a problem for paypal and the IRS.

You need to have a PayPal account with a website that supplies things that get purchased regularly like packaging and you need to make that PayPal on a different device with a Dedicated IP separate from your eBay accounts, that's it easy

And receive regular and consistent friends and family gift payments from the same accounts?

I think he means that after he got a low traffic website he might get away with buying from himself without shipping but he will still be charged the 3.5% fee

No you purchase items from your own website and then you also should have off eBay sales as well so you blend in and your eBay accounts should be on a different device using a different ip source then the PayPal, so there's no way to link.

totally different scenario than friends and family gift payments all these threads are about.

These people send 100% of receivables from account A, account B, account C that never buy or withdraw at all to account D that withdraws 100% the moment it receives funds.
Death to accounts. Must be 1000 threads about this.

I think if the two accounts is with different IP not only the last digits but completely different it will be not a problem to transfer money between accounts. If you follow the other rules of course.

Yeah that can work to but for a PayPal account like this I would rather just get a whole nother prepaid phone with data to access it with just to be 110% safe.

One of the easiest ways paypal can limit the account.

They have bots designed specifically for this...

If that was the case everybody would be limited, having a new device with its own Dedicated IP source, like a cellphone, is no different than your next door neighboor with his Comcast and laptop..

So long term stealth has to do with learning how to keep up with the context of a conversation now?
