I dont think this has ever been addressed. Can the website loading slowly and freezing or pages not loading all the way cause suspicious user activity?. I'm thinking maybe because wouldn't some of the cookies fial go load?.

Say, satellite internet on a rainy day barley connecting

no, if it takes longer to load, it will eventually load all the cookies. PAYPAL and EBAY are not that smart...

What if the connection times out and you have to keep reloading a page that only half loads

Should not be an issue.

paypal, and indeed, many companies know that their users might have hassles with internet access.

If this is happening have you done any trouble shooting with your ISP?

Just to give you an example, I have time out issues with ipad connections & wireless.

Maybe you could think of checking too?

I hope you can find a solution. Makes one less worry for doing stealth ebay/paypal.

I don't see any issue with that.

The way I thought about it was that if little thing like ads and buttons fail to load fully, eBay or PayPal would take that as cookies being blocked. I'm not super techinal on this but wouldn't it make sense?.

No. Luckily that behavior is OK for paypal, truly.

No that will have NO affect on anything at all & i use Adblock and Privacy badger with Chrome when using eBay and have NO issue at all.
