Default "Provide more information about payments"

Hi, my account got limited and they're asking to provide more info about the payments.

I sent $500 payment to seller because I wanted to exchange my funds to bitcoin. Will they accept that since it was a digital good?

Youre trying to cashout your paypal account.
I doubt they'll accept that as an explanation...

Not wise either.

How old is the account? I guess you may also be a non-US based user trying to get around paypal needs?

It doesn't matter how old the account is if you have not recent history of sales or transfers, paypal will question the funds.

Freelance service is risky.

paypal limits such payments many times. Better to avoid.

Welp. Just got email from paypal, they denied my appeal. Ugh, this is my personal account. I hate PayPal! I provided them with drivers license, credit card statement etc.. Should I call them and ask for restoration or is it permanently limited?

Is this normal? I got email from paypal saying my appeal got denied but when I checked my account, status is still in progress. Is my account permanently limited?
