How to lift $500 PP withdraw limit?

I have not hit it yet but my paypal is 100% verified. I just want to know what will be asked for if I do hit the $500 limit?

Confirm bank and credit card.

The bank account needs to be verified by either instant verification of micro deposits.
The credit card needs to be linked to the account by having paypal charge it and entering the code they attach to the charge. Just adding it is not enough.
