hi, I stop using paypal because I believe they share info with ebay. so I've signed up using bidpay and it has been working perfectly and I sold like $400 worth of merchandise last week. give bidpay a try, I think its awesome and they dont share info with ebay so you can use your real name, real bank account and everything!

I did try using bidpay with my husbands info and they said the bidpay account and my ebay account have to match names and same info for them to approve payments so they closed my account, At this time I am using my mothers info for my ebay account and if I use bidpay they might say something.. What do you think? Please reply>>>>

Question Money order as payments!!!

Good Morning, I need some help I signed up using my mothers info and I do not have a merchant account set up yet but I did say I am accepting visa/mastercard, when they ask how to make payment I will jus tell them my merchant account is not set up yet and have them mail me a USPS Money order (which you can take right to the post office to cash) The only problem is I have to give them my real info and my real address and I really do not want to post they via messageing on email so I will have to get there email address to send them the info.. What does everyone think of this idea??? Someone please reply.. I have about four listing and one is going to sell in 2 days....

I am having problems setting up a merchant account because of my operating system, I am working on a mac 0s 9.2 , with internet explorer 5.1 I cannot upgrade because of my computer being older...

Is this true?
It seems as though most of us on this forum stopped using (were banned by ebay under our original accounts) our real information a long time ago, so if the above scenario is true the only way that Bidpay would work is if you are using it with your real info (you would have to wouldn't you if you ever wanted to get your $$$ out) for Bidpay with an ebay account that also has your real info, which you can't use because you are forever blacklisted.

I guess if you changed/established a different physical address, set up a bank account there, used that for Bidpay and then registered that new address with ebay with a non-banned email it might work.
Just seems like a lot of work and there must be an easier way.
