no 21 day holds on new account

i have an account i opened on dec.17th 2015 and it received 2 instant payments today. anybody else notice same thing?

i have recently created 3 and i sell music equipment each have not been hit with the 21 day hold. money has been available instantly in my paypal account. each sale is from 300-400. ebay told me they changed up some of their policies to welcome new sellers... not sure if that is one considering my money was instantly available on paypal end for high dollar sales

you're right i just checked 2 of my newer ebays and funds are available right away. one for 220, and one for 150. very first item that sold.
but cannot move money via send money method, has to be via mobile payment or donate button or 3rd party merchant.

maybe they did change some policys thats why they tighten up the security on their bank accounts on paypal.

i was able to use alot of prepaid banks by confirming phone and the classic view, not it seems they have made their blacklist harder to get around.

I have only received instant payments on low payments. All higher payment amounts have 21 day holds for me on accounts under 90 days old.

it was probably a glitch. i receive payment for a 2 months old act and it was available immediate then next day when i receive another payment it went into pending balance. so I'm not sure why some payments are available immediate and others are pending.

it's all over the place for my account that is roughly 4-5 months old, one payment is held and the other is instant payment. I think they are making it a little bit easier for new sellers. waiting 21 days to get your money can really slow you down.

4-5 month old accounts should not have any holds at all. Might be the value if your items or the items themselves that are causing those odd holds.

that isn't the case. items being sold are like $5, i had a payment the day before for $14 and they did instant payment with that one. On the 5th they did a mc010 suspension on that account as well, I phoned in and had the account back up and running same day, and then they sent me an email afterwords telling me i was back on the 21 days hold program. items are generic items, no branding on them.

Since December 31, all my newer accounts the payments all have been coming in as instant, I thought it was a glitch the same thing happened last year but only lasted about 5 days, this seems to be some thing new, it's now about 2 weeks and all payments still instant.

These 3 newer accounts I sold my first item on all 3 in December and made the accounts in November

im still receiving instant payments and still selling high dollar music equipment. someone told me its a random selection but that it doesnt last forever and that after the 1st 2000 in sales it will put the rest in pending. we shall see, im enjoying this no hold stuff

Pretty random on holds and no holds with some accounts.
