Restoring Limited Paypal

I just had my paypal account limited and they are asking for these documents;

Photo ID
Social Security #
Proof of Address
Invoices for products sold

now if i provide them everything BUT the SSN will they maybe lift the limitations?

Also my ebay account attached to this paypal is fine. Is it ok to just attach a new paypal account to the ebay account? If so what is the safest way to do so without raising any red flags? Do i need a new IP address also if i do this?

I had this happen with another account , and the provider just attached a new paypal and ever since its been working just fine for months.

removing a PP then Attaching a new paypal will eventually cause issues, ive done it before (ebay UK) and it lasted me 3 months before they caught on, ruined a decent ebay but was useless anyway imo without the original PP i used.

If your looking for docs check some of the sellers around here who maybe able to help you with what you need, if you dont want to pay then get creative.

Id try save the PP first before attaching a new one to your ebay, it will only last a few months or maybe longer, PP sure does work in mysterious ways. good luck

Personally I wouldn't attach a new PayPal account to an eBay account only from previous experiences.

I would personally speak to someone in the marketplace and try and get your account restored or do it yourself if your creative enough. Good Luck!
