Paypal Limited Asking Social and ID

So a Paypal account is limited and asking for ID, Social, Utility bill, the full blown everything. Not really sure why they are asking for it, as I only sold really safe legal items, but maybe I did something wrong and they detected stealth or something.

Now my question is it's a stealth account, hence not real info. If I wait for 6 months, will they release the funds, or is that money toast? Is this paypal's way of legally robbing? Thanks

Funds will be released in 180 days

In rare cases they might ask for ID after 6 months as well but for that to happen there must be something seriously offensive to them about the account - which does not sound like the case here.

paypal should tell you if they will release the funds after a limitation.

Usually 180 days after limitation kicks in.

You may have sold too quickly...or other steps weren't completed - don't know all the info on your account to make an analysis

wait 180 days, let paypal make some interest on your money then you can withdraw to your bank or you can give them what they ask for and hope that they lift your limit.
