Default Am I eligible for withdrawal after 180 days?

Hi, my paypal just got limited. If I don't send in the documents (proof of billing, photo id, cc statement, more payment info), will I still be able to withdraw the funds after 180 days?

We need your help

Dear xx,

We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to
work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your
account until the issue is resolved.

We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.

What's the problem?

We recently noticed a pattern of activity in your account that is maybe
high risk. For more information, see the Restricted section in our User Agreement.

Case ID Number: PP-000-000-000-000

How you can help

It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the
time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest
transactions.

To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your
account until the issue is resolved, log in to your account and go to the
Resolution Center.

Yours sincerely,
PayPal

NO!!!!!
What country paypal?
you will only be eligible to withdraw if paypal send you an email saying this will happen.

Things changed with these limits.

Be aware that paypal may ask you again (after 180 days) to supply ID to obtain your funds.

Don't worry sometimes they allow to withdraw also before this 180 days.
They will review your account one in every 30 days..

Country is Philippines. So after 180, I have to wait if they'll email me if funds are eligible for withdrawal?

Really, is there any way I can withdraw it at an earlier date?

Sometimes they let you withdraw funds early.

Most the time they will have you wait the full 180 days

They may well insist on you provide the docs that they have requested before releasing any of the money though

I've usually had an email saying funds are available for withdrawal after 180 days (sometimes after 90).

If they reject documents uploaded after the 180 day wait or are the funds remaining toast?

No, you need paypal to tell you at the start of the limitation time of 180 days.

If everything fails, then paypal retains held funds.

Written in their T&S, they reserve the right to do what they want.

Most of the time you will find that they will want ID before releasing funds as said above.

Sometimes partial funds can be released within 45 days, then every 30 days after

For me it is always 180 after the first limitation. However I ALWAYS receive an additional e-mail sayinf that my appeal has been denied. In that e-mail the 180 days is stated.

Often the customer service does not know the date themselves. Multiple times I contacted then when the funds were released, the customer representative tells me I cannot withdrawy my funds while the system allows it just fine.

i have found that it depends on the op you get when you call in after 180 days if its only about 70 quid they wont ask for docs, but if its quite a bit as paypal operates as a bank you will need docs

Classic case of CSRs not knowing much about the system - monkey work.

So if I have like $1000 on limited stealth account and I won't provide docs - fund will remain toasted after 180 days ?

Chances are good if you have no other problems/chargebacks/linked accounts and you aren't involved in shady stuff then the 180 day rule would apply.

even if you have linked accounts and other issues, they only ask for passport after 180 days for withdrawal of funds
