Yeah.

I can't believe its still $500 bucks even WITH an upgrade. Iphones are cool but I've bought them mainly because it works so well with itunes and my music.

Anyone got suggestions?

I'll be using my work phone for the time being. Lesson learned on my end. I'm NOT calling them for a very long time. It sometime feels like when talking to them I'm trying to convince them that 2+2=4 and NOT 5.
