Adding US bank account to UK paypal using a different name

Hello,

I understand I am able to add a US bank account to my UK paypal only by contacting their customer services.

What I want to know is will it be a problem if the name on the US bank account is different to my name on my paypal account?

This US account will ONLY be used to withdraw.

I have read conflicting reports - some forums as well as paypal state the names must match, or the money will be returned. Other forums state that paypal do not have access to the name on the bank account and people claim they have done this without any problems withdrawing the money.
