Can't restore paypal account within 2 months,will caused permanently limited?

My paypal account is limited from 23th Dec.Im already upload files requested.There are 2 dispute in my account.I want to wait for after 10th Feb.Dispute will automatic to close after 20 days.Im worry about my Paypal will been permanently limited,If I can't restore my paypal in a shot-term.thanks
