PayPal cash out by buying on Ebay

Hello!

I need an advice on how to cash out money from my stealth PP acc.
I want to buy things on ebay, and then resell them.
But my ebay is stealth (with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address).
How to buy stuff from ebay that way?
How to make things come to my address?

You will need to get a working address like a p.o box or forwarding address.

Or buy virtual items like gift cards and vouchers.

Or, could you contact seller and request them to ship to a different address? Come up with an excuse like "I'm on holiday and I don't want to miss the delivery, but I really want the item you are selling- Could you please send it to my parents/siblings/gods house?"

(Is this method even possible, I have customers with similar requests and I always send it to the address that they want, if its different from the PP one- I couldn't care less)

Before doing that read the history and feedbacks of the seller, and don't do it with expensive items. I did it many times before with no problem

If the items are expensive it may seem like a scam.

To be covered by paypal seller protection you need to send to the address on the paypal page.

If the items are sent untracked or are lower value then most sellers won't have a problem sending to a dofferent address.

Actually I am not in the UK right now.
Here in the east there are companies that allows you to use their address as
a receiving address.
They have address in UK, you add this address to your eb and pp and then
when they receive something from ebay they resend it to you.
In eb and pp you have two addresses (your address in your far east country and the address in UK).
People here use their service for bulky items, because they only charge 1 pound to a kilo, and the distance between UK and my country is app. 2000 km.
But a lot of people have that same address in eb and pp, how does that dont
leads to a ban?
If I have lets say 5 stealth acc and add that same UK address
to them?

You can make variations of your current address just change it enough to not match your home address if it has been limited in the past. I know sometimes this can we hard b/c ebay system has gotten smart and will auto correct the address.

For example, if you name and address is:

Christopher Johnson
5612 Dustie Lane
Phoenix, AZ 12345

You could request to ship to:

Kristofer Johnzon
5612 Duzstie Laine
Phoenix, AZ 12345

Buy the vcc and then withdraw on that vcc this is the only option for you
or ask ur friend or family member and trasnfer the fund to their accout and withdraw it

Or ask to change address, on small items under £20 I don't care if people ask for a different address, no tracking so they can say 'not received' regardless
