Buying Items on Ebay Stealt Account

Hi i have a paypal stealth account and i want to buy some stuff

it is safe to buy on ebay if i input my real name and address during checkout that is banned/suspended long time ago? ive searched that if your just buying only it doesnt matter if its suspended or limited.. i just want to clarify this

Buying accounts tend to be less problematic with using old info BUT 1) operate your selling accounts linkfree and 2) don't risk turning this account into a selling account down the road
