New account - what about moving inventory over?

I am looking to setup a backup account on ebay UK.

Could you let me know if ebay will monitor the listings between the old account and the backup account? I dont want ebay to link them and close them. Do I need to change SKU, titles, images, descriptions etc?

Can I list say 50% of the inventory that matches perhaps?
