Hi my paypal just got limited today for high risk activity. I knew this was going to come at some point but I just want to know any advice on how I can get out of this. Basically what I do is provide and online service through a video game where people pay me via friends and family. What I deliver is not a tangible good and is just simply helping people reach an objective for a set payment. However, paypal has limited me and is asking for descriptions of 5 transaction, proof of address, photo ID, all of which I can actually verify. But there are a couple things that I cant such as providing invoices - I never used invoices I only sent them my email to send through friends and family. And they also are asking for tracking numbers of a few transactions even though that is not applicable because my service is intangible and is done through an online video game. Any help?

If you keep selling intangible items, you will keep getting limited. That's just how it works..

Have you tried using skrill or Bitcoin, if ebay has nothing to do with you try that.

Intangible services and sending money to friends and family ...PP has sniffed you out. The account is likely dead unless you can come up with something - even then, keep in mind PP may still say you are too risky....we don't want your business. I wouldn't waste time with the acct

i have received friends and family payments of 1000$ several times in a week before and haven't had an issue. The canadian accounts are best for this. US Accounts however are terrible i had total friends and family payments of 1500 in a us account of several small denominations, i woke up to a limitation on that account.

have you considered telling paypal these are all friends and they can ask the senders of the payments to confirm?

seems like your market could allow that.

paypal isnt stupid, they know why that option is used. over using it is a red flag (money laundering)

I've had too much experience with this fnf option

Well you can start by not having so many "Friends and Family " And abusing their free option.
