Wow, tread carefully from here. Like dmshark said they will try to contact you a few times first, but then they will attempt to draft the money from your back account. They will likely try to draft the money multiple times to cover your debt, which will cause multiple overdrafts if you don't have the money in the bank.
Yup, you should probably empty and close that bank account...
Anyway, does anybody know if paypal takes any legal action trying to "figure out" the
person standing behind negative balances?
Or everything ends up by them trying to draft money from bank account or CC?
Close the bank account and that will be the end of it.
The only thing they have to go on is the info of the bank account owner and in order to get that they would need a court order. To get a court order they'll need to go through the legal system and that will cost them more than what you owe them.
I dont recommend this sort of action but seeing as paypal are the only ones getting the shaft here I have no moral issue with it - not with the millions of people they've done worse to over the years.
