Limited due to unusual credit card activity

ok so I made an account, I have all LEGIT documents and everything. I used real bank and a VCC. Heres the problem...I cannot access the vcc to CONFIRM THE CODE that paypal sent me. Now my account is limited. What do I tell paypal? I can obviously get a new vcc and confirm....please help me guys.

I would get a Vanilla Visa Gift Card and add that. You have to go to their website to register the ZIP CODE first. But then, PayPal will accept it. Just make sure the expiration date is after 2020. Then, you can have PayPal send the code and look it up on their website.

but they already sent the code to the VCC that i have no access to..will they send the code again if i add another card?

More than likely, yes. Before you try this, can you check with the VCC seller? Can they maybe get you the code?

SOLUTION: So I had no access to VCC to confirm the code. The VCC was in the currency of EURO's. I called the pp rep and told them how I use to live in europe bla bla and no longer had access to the card. I then said I would like to add my other card, the rep was like ok let me review your account...answered some security questions and they removed the card and i added my new vanilla one.

what document they are requesting axactly

If they ask to confirm the card in the resolution center, you can just attach another card and confirm it to satisfy the requirement.

that is true. But I did not want to risk it. But heres the thing. I had already hit confirm on that VCC so if I would have added another card to confirm im almost certain the account still would have been limited because the VCC was still waiting to be confirm. see what i mean?
