If paypal need my Driving license , Can it say i have not?

I want open a paypal account from Turkey . If they say to me send to us Driving license , can i tell to them , i have not it? because i don't use of car or motosycle ? or not?

Hey there.

You don't have to have drivers license.

They may ask you for proof of identification which is your ID card OR passport OR driver's license.
You may pick whatever option is more suitable for you.
