Hey I'm trying to sign up and whenever I put my dob like 09 04 2002 or whatever date even 14 05 1990 it just shows it as a red box and it doesn't let me create an account

Maybe the format you're entering is not correct? I mean different than d-m-Y?

Yeah, maybe try M/D/Y like in USA? If this is the format they're looking for, your 2nd DOB is invalid and your first DOB would be that of a 13 year old.
