Paypal wrong Name open account !

Hi,

I ve a problem. My friend opens a New Account with different Name like mine. I ve 1200 USD as Balance in my account. They asked for documents. I ve called them and told its made by ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Person open a account and I want quit and cash my money. The problem is no documents exist from this wrong person in paypal. They proofed and I send my real passport documents. Paypal found out I still have multiple accounts. I m searched for a lawyer right now she will help me out. Any experience Ideas? What can I do?

Your message is a bit unclear. But I don't think a lawyer would do much in this situation.

PayPal has it's rules and guidelines and apparently by creating a non-existent name account and even having multiple accounts per-person -- you violated their terms of service.
So they have a full right to close your accounts.

You may be able to withdraw all your money after 180 days.

Basically, the rule is DON'T GET CAUGHT. As long as you're doing proper stealth you'll have far less worries and problems.

But I ve a very good lawyer she´s like a Stealth Book and told me some tricks how to react. Cause PayPal and also same Ebay. Fight against himself with AGB´s . If your not a lawyer you never know how it works. She have had many clients with similar problems. And if Paypal said we close your membership they are not able to keep you money anymore.

I m not waiting I will fight for my rights. Pissed of Paypal.
